If you wish to cancel your purchase, please fill out the form completely to start the process.
For efficient administration, please ensure the following:
- Check Accessories: Make sure all accessories are complete.
- Proper Packaging: Ensure the product is packed according to transport requirements (we cannot take responsibility for damages caused by improper packaging).
We Do Not Accept:
- Packages sent with cash on delivery.
- Items with damaged packaging.
- Items not packaged according to the nature of the product.
- Packages not addressed to the name or return address of MySculpture.
- Packages sent without the name of the person who placed the original order and without indicating the order number.
Consumer Responsibility: You are financially responsible for any loss of value resulting from use exceeding what is necessary to determine the nature, properties, and operation of the product.
During the exercise of the right of withdrawal, for a product that has been used beyond the necessary extent, the rate of depreciation can be up to 100%.
How to Proceed with the Return:

- Prepare the Package: Make sure the product is packed securely and according to transport requirements.
- Send the Package: Ensure the package is addressed correctly and includes your name and order number.
